Shipping of Products
We have tied up with a reputable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of all products across cities. Sovisht is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/ speed post or on account of any factors beyond the control of the company.
The general timelines for delivery after shipping is 4-5 working days.
Order Tracking

Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.

Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, a refund will be given after deducting the reverse shipping fee. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.

In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, refund will be given after deducted reverse shipping fee.

In case the tracking link shows the order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received the same, please drop us a mail at sovisht.designs@gmail.com within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. Please note : We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs.
International Shipping

Our pieces require special packaging, and are sometimes heavy/fragile, shipping costs can vary significantly depending on the shipping address. Hence shipping costs may differ for each product/order.

We provide shipping costs to clients separately based on the location, instead of standardizing them and including them in the price of the item. Once we’ve agreed on the shipping costs and your purchase transaction is complete, our team will be in touch with you regarding shipment details

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout.

Customers to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained.

Delivery within 12-14 business days. In some cases custom clearance might take longer.

International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.

Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.

Refund will be given after deducting reverse shipping fee if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.

Refund will be given after deducting reverse shipping fee if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
